According to the Regulations of the Family Life Counseling Center of the Archdiocese of Krakow, online consultations in English are available only for couples in which at least one person is a foreign national.
It is possible to participate in online meetings in Polish; however, this form of meeting is reserved for individuals who, for objective reasons (such as: prolonged stay abroad or away from their place of residence, illness, or disability), cannot reach the Counseling Center. Registration for such a consultation is only possible by contacting the Family Pastoral Department (wdr@diecezja.pl).
You can check the status of your consultation in the Client Panel, access to which is sent via email for the first time during registration. There, you also have the option to cancel the meeting (up to a maximum of 24 hours before the scheduled time) and reschedule it for another date. Cancelling a meeting allows another engaged couple to take that time slot.
Failure of the engaged couple to attend the meeting without canceling it at least 24 hours in advance will result in the need to purchase an additional visit.
